- Wheat Flour500 g
- Lard250 g
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Chicken Breast500 g
- Corn1 can(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Milk Cream1 can(s)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste

- In a bowl mix the margarine, lard, salt and eggs and lastly the wheat flour, mix until it comes out of the hand. Put the dough in the fridge for 1 hour. Open the dough (leave a little to close) in a removable form.
- Put the chicken to cook and then shred it all. In a pan over medium heat, add the onion and garlic to brown, then add the chicken and sauté. Then put the corn and sauté some more. Lastly put the milk cream, mix well. Turn off the heat and let it cool to fill the casserole.
- After placing the chicken, close the casserole with the other half of the dough. Place yolk in a bowl and beat a little, then pass over the dough and bake until golden.
