- Unleavened Wheat500 g
- Hydrogenated vegetable shortening250 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- gems (for brushing)2 unit(s)
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Mix the wheat flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add the eggs and vegetable fat and knead with your hands until you form a homogeneous mass.
- Allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes in the fridge before using it.
- Line the bottom and sides of the pie molds with small portions of dough and reserve about ⅓ of the dough, to make the lids.
- Add the filling of your choice.
- Then, to close the pies, use small portions of dough: flatten them well, cover the pies and brush with the slightly beaten egg yolks.
- Bake in preheated medium oven for about 30 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the oven, wait to cool down a bit and unmold.
- Ready. Now just taste this deliciousness!
