- Wheat Flour400 g
- Cold butter200 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Egg yolk1 unit(s)
- Egg yolk for brushing the dough1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Milk6 tablespoon
- Seasoned shredded chicken for the stuffing4 cup
- Catupiry sachet1/2 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Chopped green olives1 cup
- In a bowl place the very cold butter cut into pieces and the wheat flour and mix with your hands until you form a farofa.
- Add the egg, the egg yolk, the milk, the salt and knead everything with your hands until you form a smooth dough, wrap the dough in cling film and take it to the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- On a clean countertop open half the dough with a rolling pin and place it on the bottom and sides of the removable background shape.
- Add the stuffing (must be cold) of seasoned shredded chicken, catupiry, chopped green olives and sprinkle oregano powder to taste
- Close the pie with the other half of the dough (open with a rolling pin) and brush the beaten egg yolk over the dough, make holes with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes or until golden and that's it 😋
