- Sauté the chicken, fillet or breast in a pan with oil, onion, garlic, paprika, black pepper, then put it in the pressure cooker together with the chicken broth and water, leave it in the pressure cooker for 20 to 30 min, wait for the pressure to release and shake so that it comes out shredded.
- In another pan, sauté onion, garlic, oil then add 2 tablespoons of paprika and stir well, add the chicken and mix until you get the color of the paprika, throw some of the chicken water and finally add the chives and parsley .
