- Passion Fruit Juice200 ml
- Unflavored gelatin12 g
- Passion Fruit Seed to taste
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- 1. Grind the cornstarch biscuit and add the heated butter and mix until a smooth dough forms. 2. Take a removable bottom roast and place this dough and spread it out well. 3. Take the fridge. Mousse: Hydrate the gelatin 1/2 package and set aside. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and then add the gelatin. Add the mousse to the dough and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
