- Recipe
- Butter (at room temperature but still firm)150 g
- Egg yolk2 unit(s)
- Unleavened Wheat Flour300 g
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Shrimp fillet300 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- In a bowl, mix the yolks with the butter well (it has to be firm, but not too cold). Add the wheat flour and salt and mix the ingredients well until you form a dough (a ball). It's not for beating. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Fry the prawns in a pan in olive oil, leaving about 5 minutes on each side. Remove from pan. In the same pan, taking advantage of the shrimp-like bottom, add the chopped garlic and onion. Let it wither, add the tomato and let it become a rustic sauce. Return the prawns from the pan, add the cream and let it reduce until it becomes a thick cream. Book and let cool in the fridge.
- Divide the dough into 2/3, open with a rolling pin (or a wine bottle) so that it is rounded. Put this dough in a round shape of 20 cm in diameter, leaving dough on the side of the shape too. Cut the dough that exceeds the shape. With a fork, prick the dough all over. Take it to bake at 200 degrees until the dough is golden.
- Open the rest of the dough so that it is round, this will be the lid.
- After coming out of the oven, stuff it, place the mozzarella cheese on top, place the cover dough on top. Take it to the oven 200 degrees until it is well golden, but without burning.
