- Cottage cheese200 g
- Chopped Spinach100 g
- Salt and spices to taste
- Oil or butter and flour for greasing to taste
- Baking powder1/2 tablespoon
- Start by placing the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and beat well with a fork or fouet. Add the cottage cheese and beat well again.
- Place the spinach in the mixture and, before stirring, season with salt and pepper. Stir well and add the yeast stir again.
- Transfer to a greased small baking sheet and adjust the spinach gently with a spoon so that it is evenly spread throughout the pie (it tends to concentrate in the middle of the mixture).
- Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
- If you want, you can sprinkle grated Parmesan on top of the mixture before it goes in the oven!
