- Wheat Flour400 g
- Sugar250 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Milk300 ml
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- CALDA: to taste
- Sugar100 g
- Water100 ml
- Pineapple1 unit(s)
- let's make the sugar syrup with the 100 ml of water, after it's ready, pour it into the mold you are going to use, with the hot syrup put the neat pineapple slices in that mold and leave it separate
- let's make the dough put the wet liquids in the mixer or in the bowl (milk, egg, margarine and sugar) which will beat the dough mix well until it's homogeneous
- add the flour and mix well, mix the baking powder and place it on top of the pineapple, place it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until it bakes
- unmold still warm
