- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Sugar1 cup

- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Pineapple Juice1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Sugar for Syrup2 cup
- Pineapple Slices1 unit(s)
- First prepare the syrup, as it needs to cool down a little to put the dough.
- put the sugar on the baking sheet and over low heat melt the sugar
- after it turns into a caramel, turn off the heat and place the pineapple slices on the entire baking sheet. If you prefer caramelize the sides as well.
- Beat the sugar and margarine with a mixer until pale.
- Add one egg at a time, beat until it becomes a very light cream.
- Add the wheat flour and pineapple juice, beat for a few more minutes.
- Add the yeast and mix with the help of a spatula.
- Transfer the dough to the baking dish
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°. Let it bake for about 30min.
- Unmold the cake while it is still warm.
