- Mayonnaise1 cup
- Wheat flour5 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Ham250 g
- Mozzarella200 g
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Sliced Tomato1 unit(s)
- Egg yolk1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Sift the flour into a large bowl.
- Add the milk and mayonnaise and knead until it forms a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- On a floured baking sheet, roll out half of the dough and poke holes all over it with a fork.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and fill as you wish. I made layers of ham, grated mozzarella, cream cheese and tomato. I sprinkled it with oregano.
- Open the other half and cover the pie, also piercing it with a fork.
- Brush an egg yolk onto the surface of the pie lid.
- Place back in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Enjoy!
