  • Asterix Potato550 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Egg (optional)1 unit(s)
  • Any "restodontê* to taste
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Cook them until they are soft.
  2. While the potato is still hot, mash it with a fork or use a ricer.
  3. Season with salt and pepper (if using).
  4. Also add the onion and garlic. Mix.
  5. Gather the restodontist. Mix.
  6. Add the egg (optional). Mix.
  7. The point of the dumplings is when we can "roll" without it sticking to the hand.
  8. Shape the cookies however you like.
  9. Grease a baking sheet with a little oil and place the dumplings.
  10. Bake for 35 minutes (turning halfway through). Anyone who wants can fry or make it in the airfryer too.
