- Asterix Potato550 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Egg (optional)1 unit(s)
- Any "restodontê* to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Cook them until they are soft.
- While the potato is still hot, mash it with a fork or use a ricer.
- Season with salt and pepper (if using).
- Also add the onion and garlic. Mix.
- Gather the restodontist. Mix.
- Add the egg (optional). Mix.
- The point of the dumplings is when we can "roll" without it sticking to the hand.
- Shape the cookies however you like.
- Grease a baking sheet with a little oil and place the dumplings.
- Bake for 35 minutes (turning halfway through). Anyone who wants can fry or make it in the airfryer too.
