- Wheat Flour300 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Whole milk480 ml
- Yeast20 g
- Stuffing to taste
- Mozzarella Cheese700 g
- Pepperoni Seeds2 unit(s)
- Boiled Potatoes5 unit(s)
- Garlic3 cup
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Spicy paprika to taste
- For the filling, cook the potatoes al dente.
- Grate the pepperoni and sauté with garlic, onion and paprika. If you think you should add salt, be careful as the pepperoni is already salty.
- After the potatoes are cooked, cut into small cubes.
- For the dough, mix all the ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Assemble the pie: a little of the dough, potatoes, braised pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, dough... In the same sequence until you finish the ingredients.
- Use a mold of no more than 20 cm
- Bake in the oven at 200°C for approximately 00:40 minutes
- In the last 00:05 minutes you can increase the flame a little to brown the pie
- It is delicious and serves as a meal
