- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Bacon to taste
- Cook the unpeeled potatoes and sweet potato for 5 min. They need to be firm to be able to grate
- Grate potatoes and sweet potatoes after cooking
- Chop the onion leaving it with pieces that are not too big or too small
- Grate the parmesan cheese. I opted for a seasoned parmesan.
- Chop the bacon into cubes and fry (in the same frying pan that will finish the potato) set aside
- Mix the grated potatoes, onion and bacon in a bowl
- Fry in the same frying pan that fried the bacon, when it gets a little golden turn and fry the other side.
