- First Cook the Potato until al dente and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours. After the potatoes are in the fridge, grate them and season with salt and pepper. To make Potato Rostie you need a double frying pan or omelette maker.
- First put a little olive oil or butter in the frying pan and wait for it to heat up a little to put half the grated potato and then put the ham and mozzarella cut into cubes, put the oregano and then the other half of the Potato and pass a little olive oil in the other frying pan and close. Now just wait for one side to brown and then turn to the other side to also brown. After Golden ready to serve.
