- butter4 tablespoon
- sugar1.1/2 cup
- wheat flour4 cup
- 50% or 70% chocolate1 cup
- milk1.1/2 cup
- water1/2 cup
- baking powder for cake1 tablespoon
- Filling: condensed milk1 can(s)
- Filling: sour cream1 can(s)
- Filling: grated coconut100 g
- Beat the egg whites and set aside, beat the yolks with the sugar and butter until a very fluffy cream is formed.
- Add the sifted wheat flour along with the 50% chocolate, then the milk and water, beating on low speed until well incorporated.
- Put the yeast and turn off the mixer adding the snow whites, mixing gently.
- Place in greased shape, oven 180° for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Filling Mix all the ingredients and stir over medium heat, until the point of soft brigadeiro.
- Unmold the cake and throw the filling on top, decorate as you wish.
