- To make the syrup: When the sugar has melted to a caramel color, add the water, stir until dissolved.
- Pudding: Beat the eggs, condensed milk and cream in a blender and place in the caramel shape, in a bain-marie, cover the shape with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1h30m or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Take the fridge after cold for 3 hours, unmold and serve.
