- Diced Bacon150 g
- Diced chicken breast150 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Frying pan pizza dough4 unit(s)
- Chopped Green Olives1/4 cup
- Tomato sauce4 tablespoon
- Grated cheese1/2 cup
- Ripe tomato, skinless and seeded in cubes1 unit(s)
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the bacon in its own fat, stirring until golden. Drain on absorbent paper and set aside.
- Fry the chicken in the bacon fat, stirring until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange a pasta on a plate and spread 2 tablespoons of the sauce. Top with half the cheese, chicken, bacon, tomato and olive. Cover with the other dough and transfer to a skillet. Allow to brown and carefully slide onto a plate. Flip the other side in the skillet and let it brown.
- Cut into 4 pieces and serve. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the ingredients.
