- Ground beef500 g

- Olive oil to taste
- Soak the kibbeh wheat in hot water for 30 minutes and cover with plastic wrap.
- Add all the minced ingredients to the meat. Mix everything and taste, if necessary add more salt.
- Grease a refractory with oil, add the dough.
- Make cross cuts and add olive oil
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30/40 minutes or until golden.
