- Butter150 g
- Wheat Flour (as needed) to taste
- Water2 tablespoon
- Shredded ham250 g
- Shredded cheese250 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Natural yogurt1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Mix the butter, flour, salt and water with your hands until a smooth and homogeneous mass is formed.
- Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Forre with the dough a detachable form, no need to grease
- I put the ham and cheese over the dough.
- Whisk the eggs and parmesan, mixing well.
- Add the cream, salt, pepper and yogurt and mix.
- Pour this mixture over the ham and cheese and bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until golden.
- After roasting, just serve
