Quick and easy savory pie

  • dough: 12 tablespoons of wheat flour 1 cup of milk 1/2 cup of olive oil 3 eggs 2 tablespoons of yeast 4 tablespoons of grated cheeseSalt and pepper to taste2 unit(s)
  1. Softer, impossible. In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredients with a fouet until you get a liquid and homogeneous dough. In a greased and floured baking dish, pour half of the dough. Distribute the stuffing* and cover with the rest of the dough. If desired, sprinkle with a little grated Parmesan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 40 minutes (depending on the power of your oven, mine takes a little longer) or until the pie is golden brown on top. I don't know if there's a need to wait for it to cool down a bit before eating, but I always let it cool down a bit. But it's because I'm strangled and I tend to burn my tongue.
