- Smoked sausage (gum) chopped2 unit(s)
- Hard-boiled eggs (large cuts)6 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt (don't use too much, as the sausage already has salt) to taste
- Grated medium carrots2 unit(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Seasoned Farofa (Yoki option) quantity may vary200 g
- In a pan, sauté the bacon until golden.
- While the bacon is sautéing, add the smoked sausage and sauté along with the bacon.
- Meanwhile, in another pan, sauté the garlic and onion until golden, turn off the heat and set aside.
- Bacon and smoked sausage very golden, add the garlic and onion already sautéed, the two grated carrots and let it sauté for another 00:03 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the ready-made farofa (I used around 200 grams for this recipe), the eggs, the green smell and a spoon of margarine.
- Stir well and our delicious FAST FAROFA is ready, with any meal!
