- Powdered seasoning for vegetables1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour and butter for greasing1 tablespoon
- Stuffing Ingredients: 1 grated carrot 1 chopped tomato 2 cups broccoli (cooked and chopped) 2 cans of sardines, drained and chopped 1 glass of chopped and drained hearts of palm (300g) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Salt and chopped parsley to taste Preparation mode: For the filling, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside. In a blender, beat the oil, eggs, milk, parmesan and seasoning. Transfer to a bowl, add the flour, baking powder and mix with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is formed. Pour half of the dough into a greased and floured 25cm x 35cm pan and spread the filling on top. Cover with the remaining dough, mixing gently with a fork. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in a preheated oven (180º C) for 30 minutes or until golden.
