- Cornstarch Biscuit160 g
- Cream cheese600 g
- condensed milk395 g
- Vanilla to taste
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Grind the biscuits and mix with the butter, place at the bottom of the mold and set aside.
- Beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla and eggs in a mixer.
- Place on the baking tray with the cookie base.
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
- After cold, unmold and cover with red fruit jam.
