  • Berries (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry)500 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Melted butter30 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour100 g
  • Almond flour70 g
  • Sugar150 g
  • Vanilla2 teaspoon
  • Cherry liqueur1 tablespoon
  • Milk150 ml
  • Butter for greasing to taste
  1. Grease a 27x3cm shape. Reserve. Beat the eggs with the sugar until a light color and creamy consistency. Approximately for 5 minutes. Add the melted butter, vanilla, milk and cherry liqueur. Mix well and add the almond and wheat flours. Mix with a spatula. Add the fruit and stir gently. Pour the dough in the greased shape and take it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle sugar over the clafoutis before serving. You can serve it at room temperature or cold with cream ice cream.
