- Potatoes, cut into slices, cooked al dente1 kg
- Sliced Tomatoes to taste
- Cheese to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Sliced pepperoni to taste
- Salt and Garlic to taste
- Put the sauce, salt and garlic in a pan and bring to a boil.
- On an oiled platter, make layers, potatoes, sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
- Place the tomatoes on top, cover with aluminum foil, bake in a preheated oven at the highest temperature for 6 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 4 minutes.
