- Wheat flour750 g
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Warm water2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese150 g
- Onion strips1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 to taste
- Sardine2 can(s)
- Peeled Tomato2 can(s)
- Tomato Extract1 tablespoon

- Thyme (optional) to taste
- Dough: in a bowl, put the flour and make a hole in the middle, put the yeast, sugar and water in the hole and mix these ingredients in that hole.
- Add the eggs and oil and mix in the hole again.
- Sprinkle salt around the edge of the flour.
- Now mix everything together, until the dough is homogeneous.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and incorporate the dough.
- Let it rest for 30/40 min. ☘️ While the dough "rests", it's time to make the sauce...
- Sauce: in olive oil to taste, sauté the onion.
- Add the garlic. saute
- Add the sardines, the peeled tomato, the extract and let the sauce reduce and refine.
- Adjust the salt to taste and add the thyme.
- Let it all come together and you're done.
- Assembly: grease a mold with oil or olive oil.
- Place the dough and with your fingers, pierce the dough, for the sauce to enter.
- Put the sauce.
- Pierce the dough vertically with a knife to allow the sauce to penetrate.
- If you want (like me), put black olives and oregano on top.
- 🔺 Take it to the oven preheated to 180°, for approximately 40 min.
