- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese3 tablespoon
- Canned Sardines2 can(s)
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Large tomato1 unit(s)
- Small bell pepper1 unit(s)
- Corn and Peas1 can(s)
- Olive to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Beat the ingredients of the dough, eggs, milk, oil, wheat flour, grated Parmesan cheese in the blender, after well beaten add the chemical yeast and beat just to incorporate in the rest of the dough.
- Cut all the vegetables (tomatoes, onions, peppers, coriander) into cubes and place in a bowl to mix with the other ingredients (mashed sardines, corn and peas, salt, olives) for the filling.
- Grease a rectangular baking dish of approximately 30 cm, place half of the dough, add all the stuffing and then the rest of the dough.
- Bake in a medium oven (210-180 degrees) for about 40 minutes. The pie is ready when it is golden and the toothpick comes out clean.
