- Milk1 cup
- Oil or olive oil1 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Cheese1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Sausages2 unit(s)
- Pepper1 pint
- Tomato1 pint
- Onion1 pint
- Corn2 tablespoon
- Pea2 tablespoon
- Coriander or parsley or chives to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Filling: Cut the sausages into cubes, the pepper, the tomato and the onion. I put everything in a bowl and add green corn, peas, coriander, black pepper, mix everything and set aside.
- Pasta: In the blender, beat the egg, milk, olive oil, margarine, cheese, wheat flour and salt. Beat for a minute and add the yeast, beat just to mix.
- In a baking dish that fits in your Airfryer greased with margarine and wheat flour, pour half of the dough, add the stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough.
- Program the Airfryer for 30 minutes at 180°
- Stick with a toothpick or do it after 30 minutes. If it comes out clean, it's ready. Wait to cool down, unmold and serve.
