- Wheat flour280 g
- Baking powder10 g
- Shredded chicken breast1 kg
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Onion to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Oregano to taste
- For the stuffing, sauté the garlic, onion and shredded chicken breast;
- Add the chopped tomato, green smell and corn and set aside;
- For the dough, beat the eggs, milk, oil and salt in a blender;
- In a bowl mix the flour with the yeast and pour the liquid from the blender, stir until the dough is smooth and homogeneous;
- Pour half of the dough into a greased and floured 25 cm round shape;
- Spread the filling over the dough;
- Cover with the rest of the dough and spread evenly, covering all the filling;
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Oregano on top;
- Bake in a preheated, medium oven for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
