- Dough: Wheat Flour1 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Vanilla essence1 dessert spoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Chopped peanuts to taste
- Caramel: Sugar1/2 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 dessert spoon
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Chocolate Layer: Chocolate Bar2 unit(s)
- In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredients until smooth.
- In a pan lined with parchment paper, spread the dough, pierce all the dough with the tip of the fork and take it to the Airfryer at 180° for 20 minutes.
- Caramel: Melt the sugar until it is the color of guarana and then add the other ingredients. Stir well until it becomes a creamy caramel and unglued from the pan.
- Bunch of chocolate: Melt the 2 chocolate bars in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
- With the pie dough already baked, cover with the caramel and finish with the melted chocolate.
- Take it to the fridge for 30 minutes, after removing and cutting the pieces, so the chocolate won't be too hard, and it won't break when cutting.
