- Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
- Salt, pepper and paprika to taste
- Mozzarella150 g
- Puree: Mix the cassava, cottage cheese and cream well and set aside.
- Stuffing: sauté the pepperoni, add the vegetables and sauté a little more and add the spices.
- Assembly: in a baking dish, place half the puree, the filling and the rest of the puree, place the cheese and bake at 200° for approximately 20 minutes, until the cheese is browned.
