- Mix all the ingredients well and line the molds, separating about 1/4 of the dough for the lids. FILLING: Make a sauté with the ingredients, not leaving it too wet so it doesn't leak when closing the pies. Put the stuffing, close with the lids and brush with the egg. Bake at 200° until golden.
