- Chopped Pitted Olives2 tablespoon
- Fresh peas2 tablespoon
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper Powder to taste
- filling preparation Clean the prawns and if they are large, cut them in half. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion, garlic, peppers and tomato. Add the prawns and olives. Season with salt and pepper and then add the peas and let it cook for a while. Dissolve the starch in the milk and slowly pour it under the prawns and stir well to create consistency. Remove from the fire and wait until it cools down
- dough preparation Place the flour, margarine and salt in a large bowl, mix by hand until crumbly. Add the egg and knead until you get a very soft dough. Open with the roll between 2 plastic sheets and line the bottom and side of the form. Put the stuffing cold and cover with the dough. Decorate to taste and brush with egg yolk. Place in a preheated oven at 250 degrees and bake until golden.
