- Chicken breast1 kg
- Milk2 cup
- Wheat flour with yeast2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Oil1/2 cup
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Corn and Peas1 can(s)
- Garlic, salt and parsley to taste
- Color1 tablespoon
- Stuffing: Clean, chop the chicken breast and boil with hot water. Drown in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes with the coloral, onion, garlic, salt and parsley.
- Shred the chicken, mix with the corn, peas and their cooking broth so that the stuffing is moist.
- Mass: in the blender beat the wheat flour, oil, salt, eggs and milk.
- In a shape, put some of the dough to line the bottom. Add the stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 25 minutes or until golden.
