- Corn Flakes for Couscous400 g
- Boiled Egg4 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine3 tablespoon
- Canned Peas1/2 can(s)
- canned tuna1 can(s)
- Water1000 ml
- Medium seedless tomato1 unit(s)
- Medium onion1 unit(s)
- Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Green scent (pack)1 to taste
- Diced chicken broth4 unit(s)
- Tomato Extract2 tablespoon
- Put the water in the blender and add, tomato, onion, pepper, coriander, extract and beat for 20 seconds, put the beaten liquid in a large pan and turn on the heat, and add the butter and chicken broth and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- After the seasoning is cooked, still with the fire on, put the pea, tuna and 3 boiled and chopped eggs.
- Stirring with a wooden spoon, gradually add the corn flakes and keep stirring constantly to avoid lumps, until you reach a mush consistency, turn off the heat and turn into a mold with a hole in the middle (no need to grease).
- Decoration: before placing the mush in the mold, place slices of boiled egg, tomato and coriander sprig on the bottom of the mold. Then just wait for it to cool down and misinform.
