- Margarine or butter3 tablespoon
- Milk powder3 tablespoon
- Cornmeal Biscuit2 cup
- Seedless Grape to taste
- For the Cream: In the medium pan add: 2 cans of condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of margarine and 3 tablespoons of powdered milk.
- Stir these ingredients over medium / low heat without stopping until it thickens and starts to unglue from the bottom. After turning off the heat, add the cream and set aside to cool.
- For mass: With a food processor or blender, crush the cornstarch biscuit packages with 2 tablespoons of margarine until they become a "dough"
- Spread the contents of the blender on a round roast (28 cm in diameter) and place in a preheated oven at 180° degrees.
- Leave for about 10 minutes or until you see that it is already golden. Take it out and let it cool.
- With everything already cooled, assemble the pie, just put the cream on top of the dough and gently place the grapes on top.
- Finally, sprinkle some powdered milk. Just put it in the fridge to enjoy later. Tip: Serve chilled
