- Bacon50 g
- Salt, Green Scent, Olive Oil and Oregano to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut into slices, cut the onion and bacon into cubes, set aside. In a bowl put the eggs, salt and oregano and bster well.
- In a frying pan, put a thread of oil to heat and brown the potatoes and set aside. In the same skillet, brown the bacon and onion.
- As soon as the bacon and onions are ready, lower the heat, put the potatoes and beaten eggs in the skillet. Close the pan with a lid and let it cook.
- Then flip the tortilla to cook the other side as well. After it's ready, put a little green smell to serve.
