- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Rice Flour1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Grated Mozzarella80 g
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- Filling: Spinach1 unit(s)
- Chopped Bacon60 g
- Squeezed Garlic2 unit(s)
- Small chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Strip the leaves from the spinach stalks, wash them under running water, dry well and cut
- Take a large frying pan to medium heat, add the bacon, let it fry, add the garlic, the onion and let it brown
- Add the chopped spinach, a pinch of salt and sauté for 2 minutes and set aside
- Beat the eggs, olive oil, milk, rice flour and salt in a blender.
- Then put the grated parmesan cheese, the chemical baking powder and mix with the help of a fouet.
- Put a little of the dough on a greased shape with olive oil, put the stuffing, the mozzarella and cover with the rest of the dough.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
