- Cooked and seasoned lentils1 cup
- Boiled Strawberry2 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Oat flour1 cup
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil4 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Rosemary to taste
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender or mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Pour the batter into cupcake tins or on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes in a preheated oven (180°)
