- Maizena Biscuit200 g
- Unsalted Margarine100 g
- Chesse cream1 kg
- Condensed Milk395 g
- Strawberry400 g
- Unflavored gelatin20 g
- Refined Sugar100 g
- Water60 ml
- Pasta: Grind the cookies and mix with the butter until you get a wet crumb. Line the bottom of a round shape with this dough. Bake for 5 minutes at 150°C.
- Filling: Prepare 10 grams of unflavored gelatin according to the instructions, blend the gelatin, cream cheese and condensed milk in a blender. Fill the prepared form with the cookie dough with this filling.
- Roof: Moisten 10 g of the unflavored gelatin in 60 ml of water and set aside. Grind the strawberries and bring them to a boil with the granulated sugar. Remove from heat, add the melted gelatin and wait for it to cool. Distribute the jam on top, if you prefer, you can decorate with sliced strawberries on top. Put it in the fridge and once it's set, it's ready to serve.
