- Ripe dwarf banana2 unit(s)
- Oat bran1 cup
- Peanut Butter2 tablespoon
- Vanilla flavored whey protein2 tablespoon
- Strawberries, halved2 unit(s)
- Start by peeling the bananas and place in a bowl.
- Mash the bananas well with a fork until creamy.
- Add the oat bran and mix with your hands until you form a dough that you can make balls. If necessary add a little more oatmeal until you get the point.
- Form balls and set aside.
- Line the pan with parchment paper or grease with coconut oil and oat bran.
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °.
- With a teaspoon, shape your tartlets by crushing the balls until there is a space in the middle for the filling and with higher edges.
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Remove from oven and wait for it to cool down
- Make the filling by mixing the peanut butter with the whey protein
- Fill the pies with this peanut butter and whey protein cream
- Cut the strawberries in half and decorate your tartlets. Good appetite 😋
