- Recipe
- 3 cups all-purpose flour, 1pct yeast, 2 eggs, 1½ cups warm milk, 1/2 cup sugar, ½ cup oil, salt to taste. Receheio / 200g of cheese / 200g of ham240 ml
- In a container add the wheat flour and the biological yeast, mix well and set aside.
- In a blender, place the eggs, warm milk, sugar and salt to taste, beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
- Then mix the liquid with the flour and yeast. Mix well until it forms a homogeneous mass (the mass is soft).
- Mix the stuffing into the dough and set aside. Grease a mold with margarine and pass the dough there, spread it out with the help of a spoon and cover with a dish towel, let it rest until it doubles in size.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°, for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the power of the oven (skewer, the toothpick came out clean, it's ready)
- With the bread still warm, spread butter on top and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
