- In a skillet, fry the pepperoni with garlic and onion. Reserve. In a dish greased with olive oil, place potato slices already cooked, even place on the sides. Layer with the Prato cheese, sautéed pepperoni, tomato, cottage cheese and finish with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden and serve!
