- CAKE to taste
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- cup of milk1 cup
- chocolate powder1 cup
- yeast1 tablespoon
- 1/2 cup (tea) oil1 cup
- sugar1 cup
- wheat flour2 cup
- grated coconut to taste to taste
- Filling to taste
- 1 can of condensed milk1 can(s)
- grated coconut100 g
- 1 tablespoon margarine1 tablespoon
- Topping to taste
- margarine3 tablespoon
- chocolate powder2 tablespoon
- 2 cups of milk2 cup
- CAKE
- Blend the eggs, oil and milk in a blender for 3 minutes and set aside.
- In a container, mix the sugar, wheat, yeast, chocolate and grated coconut to taste.
- Pour over the blender mixture and stir until the dough is consistent.
- Pour the dough into a greased pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until a fork comes out clean when inserted.
- Let cool, cut in half and set aside.
- Filling
- In a pan, heat the condensed milk, margarine and grated coconut until it no longer sticks to the bottom and fill the cake.
- Roof
- Heat the margarine, sugar, chocolate powder and milk until it reaches a firm consistency and cover the cake.
- NOTE: MAKE THE CAKE IN MILK, AND NECESSARY YOU CAN THICKEN THE TOPPING WITH CORN STARCH.
- Refrigerate for approximately 45 minutes
