- Sweetener3 tablespoon
- Cream cheese3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Peanut flour100 g
- Dough: In a bowl, mix the culinary sweetener, cream cheese, cinnamon powder and peanut flour (or almonds) until a homogeneous dough is formed.
- Press the dough into the bottom of a springform pan, forming the base of the pie.
- Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
- Filling: Hydrate the colorless gelatin according to the instructions on the package.
- In a blender, beat the natural yogurt, cream cheese, skimmed milk powder and culinary sweetener until you obtain a creamy mixture.
- Add the hydrated gelatin and beat again until well incorporated.
- Pour the filling over the pie crust in the pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until filling is firm.
- Finishing: Before serving, sprinkle cinnamon powder to taste on top of the pie to give it a special touch.
