Ingredients: 3 cup Tapioca Gum; 1 cup grated cheese; 2 unit(s) Eggs; 1 cup Milk; 1/2 cup Oil; 1 coffee spoon Salt; 1 cup Chopped Mozzarella

Super Creamy Tapioca Cheese Bread

No Liquidificador adicione todos os ingredientes e bata até ficar homogêneo.

In blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Em uma forma retangular de alumínio adicione 6  forminhas ( utilizei de silicone , se utilizar igual de empada unte com margarina)adicione a massa deixando 1 cm de espaço para crescer. 

In a rectangular aluminum shape add 6 molds (I used silicone, if you use the same pie, grease with margarine) add the dough leaving 1 cm of space to rise.

Leve ao forno pré aquecido 200° por 30 minutos. 


Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 30 minutes.
