- Unsalted margarine6 tablespoon
- Chocolate3/4 cup
- Chocolate Powder1/2 cup
- Wheat Flour1.1/4 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Vanilla essence or extract1 teaspoon
- Chopped semisweet chocolate bar1 unit(s)
- Chopped walnuts or granulated cashew nuts1/2 cup
- Mix eggs and sugar.
- Then add all the other ingredients until you form a uniform cream.
- Pour into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the oven for 40 minutes.
- The brownie will be ready when the top is lightly browned and, when you stick a toothpick, it is slightly damp (due to the melted chocolate).
- Cut into squares while still hot and serve with a scoop of cream ice cream, or freeze in a freezer bag.
- To defrost, place the brownie on a dessert plate and heat in the microwave, high power, for 1 minute.
