- Large pink sweet potato1 unit(s)
- Light cream3 tablespoon
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast250 g
- Light cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Mozzarella30 g
- Butter1/4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- grated ginger to taste
- Wash, peel and cut the potato. Place in a pan and cover with water. Let it boil until the pieces are soft.
- Drain the water and mash the potatoes while still hot. Season with salt and freshly grated ginger. Add the cream and mix well. Reserve.
- Season the shredded chicken to taste. I like to use salt, oregano and sweet paprika. Mix the curd to form a paste, you can use 2 more tablespoons of cream to make it more creamy.
- Line the bottom of a refractory with half of the puree, put the stuffing and cover with the other half of the puree.
- Cover with the mozzarella and take it to the preheated oven until golden.
