- Melted butter100 g
- Can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Can of Heavy cream1 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Instant coffee1 tablespoon
- Melted semi-sweet chocolate bar100 g
- Chopped strawberries200 g
- Grind the maria biscuits until they turn into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and line the bottom of a pie dish.
- In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, Heavy cream, vanilla essence and instant coffee until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
- Add the melted chocolate to the cream and mix well.
- Spread half of the chopped strawberries over the base of the pie and pour half of the cream on top.
- Repeat the process with the rest of the strawberries and cream.
- Place the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to firm up.
